We're dedicated builders. We've got the licences, the experience, the team and the equipment to build any type of home, and we enjoy bringing them to life. Here's how we approach a project.
Bring us anything
Any plan, any home, any project. We'll go through it with you, tell you what we think, and build it the way you want it. If you want our opinion on something, ask — most of our clients do.
Working to your budget
Plans and budgets don't always meet. We know what things cost to build, so we can usually show you where the money is sitting in your plans and what could change — while it's still a decision, not a variation. Some people come to us before they've bought the block, to work out what's realistic. If you're considering us, we're happy to have that conversation early. We want people to build custom homes, so helping you get there inside your budget suits us too.
Fixed price or cost plus
Both, depending on the project and what suits you. Smaller, well-defined builds usually run fixed price. On a larger or more unusual home, pricing every unknown up front means padding the number to cover them — cost plus means you pay for what's actually built, not for the guesswork. We'll talk you through which one makes sense for yours.

Domestic Builder Unlimited and Commercial Builder Low Rise, registered since 1996. You can check us on the practitioner register rather than take our word for it.

Every project goes under a proper building contract, so everything you're owed is in writing.

Homeowners warranty
In place on every build. It's the cover that protects you if a builder can't finish or fix their work.

Public liability
Held and current.

Construction insurance
Taken out on every project, so accidental damage or theft during the build is never your problem.
